Meet the Team
Brandon grew up in San Diego where he began working in catering in high school. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he moved to Washington DC. After 13 years of running some of Washington DC’s busiest Whole Foods stores, he and his husband, Steve, relocated to Provincetown to operate the 8 Dyer Hotel where the cinnamon rolls (and exceptional experience) keep guests coming back to PTown year after year.
Our team comes from all over the world and now lives just down the street in Provincetown. They are diverse and smart and funny but they all share a passion for delivering you the best dining experience.

Our food and cocktail menus are hand-crafted by a team of chefs who trained at The Culinary Institute of America. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible and, like you, we don’t see any reason to buy anything but the best we can get. We can’t wait to wake up with you.
